Excursion planned by the local organizing committee is now available!
Excursion is scheduled in the afternoon of 18th Feb., after the conference.
It is free of charge, and a conference participant could invite one accompanying person
(your companion is also free!).
An English-speaking guide will take you on a tour to Hamarikyu Garden, a cruise on a water-bus, and
to Asakusa.

We will be distributing scarfs to all participants. Please wear them on your excrursion, so we will know that
we are all in a same group!

Reception
Welcoming reception will be held at Josui Kaikan (Star Hall) on the evening of
17th Feb. from 18:30-20:30.
Please join us and enjoy a wonderful buffet.
Some entertainment is also being planned, which enables you to get a glimpse of Japanese culture.
*Reception dinner is free for all registrant. Any accompanying person will be charged at cost (approx. 5,000 Yen).
Lunch
A buffet lunch will be offered to you on 16th and 17th Feb. at a cafeteria in the conference building.
Sushi, pasta, sandwiches, meat & fish dishes and vegetarian food will be available for you to enjoy.
A sandwich box will be offered on 18th, which can be taken away on the excursion bus.
